Returns Policy
You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 15 days after purchase. We do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
All orders are processed and typically shipped within 1-3 business days. You may receive several shipments to completely fill your order, but will NOT incur additional shipping charges. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each portion of your order once it has shipped. Framed orders can take up to 10 business days to ship.
A flat rate fee of $7.50 applies to all orders no matter the amount of items purchased. Free shipping applies to only items noted with the 'Free Shipping' image.
Items are shipped via UPS, FedEx and USPS. The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination and shipping method for your package.
