Orange End Aisle Field Level Box Seat. Features acrylic Shea Stadium final season logo end. These plastic seats replaced the original Shea Stadium field level seats in 2003.
This seat was NOT stripped & repainted by NYC/the Mets because it never had any lead paint applied to it. Therefore, this seat is exactly as it was when it was removed from Shea Stadium after the ballpark closed in the Fall of 2008! The only "change" that has been done to it is the attachment of a 6" replica of the final season of Shea Stadium logo, beautifully constructed from SEVERAL layers of colorful thick acrylic plastic. This logo has a magnetic back, so it IS removeable, if for any reason you'd prefer this seat not to sport this logo on its end aisle side. This seat has been authenticated by Major League Baseball & sports their tamper-proof serial numbered holograms on the silver seat number tag.
