This panorama, taken by James Blakeway, features the LSU Fighting Tigers football team playing their long-time rival, the Ole Miss Rebels on a Saturday night in Death Valley. This rivalry began in 1894 and has a rich tradition with over 100 meetings. Serving as a backdrop to the evening's festivities is Tiger Stadium's South End Zone expansion, which increased total stadium seating capacity to 102,321, making it the fifth largest on-campus stadium in the nation. Highlights of the expansion project include 2 HD replay boards, 66 premium suites, a 3,000 seat club section and 1,400 general public seats.
