Since it's opening in 1989, the Deacons have won over 81 percent of their games at this venue. The facility seats 14,665 fans and is home to the raucous Screamin' Demons student section, also known as Tie-Dye Nation, which is shown on the left side of the panorama. The facility is named after Lawrence Joel, a Winston-Salem native awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor.
