Product Description
This panorama captures the annual football competition between the Stanford® Cardinal™ and the California Golden Bears™, one of the oldest and more illustrious college football rivalries in the United States on November 18, 2017. The initial game between these two clubs was played on March 10, 1892, and Herbert Hoover, who later became the 31st U.S. President, was Stanford's team manager. Crowd size at that first game exceeded expectations and the organizers ran out of printed tickets. When no game ball could be found, a fan set off on horseback to retrieve a ball from a nearby store. Stanford won that game 14-10 and today continues to lead the Bay Area series.
